refusing to finish milk bottle

hi all, have been feeding my Lo Using Tommie tippe bottles. recently she refuses to finish her milk, even though the amount has been consistent. what should I do?

try sanitizing them in boiling water for smell. maybe she is not feeling well which has resulted in loss of appetite.
