Prolly you can bring your lo to crowded places more often with your grandparents. Let lo get use to it. Stand by milk too. Slowly transit by grandparents carry lo in crowded places. & also quiet places too If you are ok, grandparents can go out w lo alone with stroller near by your area. For maybe like 15 mins-20mins , 2-3 times a week? My lo will cried badly when not familiar faces carrying her too. My lo will cry whenever see my dad. Prolly my dad has white hair. As my lo grow older it’s fine already. Hope it helps:)
