Jealousy, envious & rage

Almost (but not all) sudden changes during pregnancy is because of hormones! If it's someone you personally know, try to keep away from contacting them for the time being - explain yourself if you need to. If it's someone from online, I'd agree to keep off social media for the time being! Things can be toxic here and there, even for parents. When things don't feel right, just walk away.

I feel demoralised cos of my body changing and all. Put on weight and all. Felt ugly. But it's important that our other half always assures us and all. It's great help. First3 months were horrible cos I and my hubby needed to adapt to my moodswings. Lucky we survived it. So jiayou!

It should be the hormones, so don't worry too much. May be talk to your husband as talking and speaking your heart out really helps :)

is normal to feel this way. try to watch happy videos or movies...
