Is this something i have to worry about?

Have anyone experience this during pregnancy & should i be worried about it? As currently i'm on Utrogestan (vaginal use). 🥲

I do not have any bad crampings, i had very bad bleeding last 2 weeks and doctor gave me that medicine for vaginal use. I'm not sure if i should go down to the hospital again.

please hurry to the hospital
