Weird body sensation in your first trimester

Has any mum feel that their body is somewhat weaker during first trimester? Had been feeling nauseated and somedays you just feel like you are falling sick with fever or a cold but dont actually have it. Your body just feels weak and sick. Like you dont know whats going on..
