I had a blood clot during my first Tri as well. And doctor prescribed duphaston for me and asked me not to do vigorous activities (including intercourse) it went away aft a few weeks!
mine got lesser and disappear after the hormones pill that doc gave. rem not to carry heavy stuffs and lots of bed rest. :)
