Zheng gu shui (bone-setting liquid)

Has anyone here used Zheng gu shui or rather, bone-setting liquid during their pregnancy? I used it as I was having very bad neck pain and realised it was not safe for pregnancy. Any recommendations on how to deal with neck pain / neck sprain? Thanks!
