Constipation
Has anyone suffered from pregnancy constipation? What do you do with it?
Constipation is common during pregnancy. Make sure u drink at least 2L of water daily. Consume more fruits & vegetables. Prunes (less sweet) & prune juice with high fibre helps. Can also try to take probiotics. If the constipation is serious with hard stools, u may try to take some over-the-counter mild laxatives such as Duphalac to temporarily relieve the constipation but do not heavily rely on it.
Read moregot a lot of Yoghourt, plums/fruits, water....and I sit for a few minutes. because it doesn't feel like coming
I drink fresh milk + yoghurt or Yakult/vitagen to get things moving. Lots of water and fiber as well
I drank powerberries for a week and my stools are back to normal
me! drink more water. I ate banana too ✌️
My wife did have a bit.she took more fibre
Chia seed with morning drink or yoghurt
Take lots of fluids and salad
Prune juice helps
