Oh yes, I had this during my confinement period when I was up and down constantly in my slip-ons, and honestly it was painful lah. The heel pain especially in the morning was quite bad until I started stretching my calves properly and switched to proper supportive slippers at home. If it's been bothering you for more than a week or two, I'd suggest seeing a polyclinic doctor because they can refer you to a physiotherapist if needed - don't wait around hoping it gets better on its own like I did. In the meantime, try icing your foot at night and looking for work shoes with better arch support, because heels the whole day is really not helping your feet.

Yes, I went through this too. I’ve been wearing heels for work for years, and the heel pain started becoming noticeable towards the end of last year. I consulted Dr Kevin Koo, a Foot Specialist in Singapore, and shockwave therapy was one of the treatment options discussed. It’s been much better since. If your pain continues, I’d suggest getting it checked early.
