I don't know anyone who has gotten a tummy tuck done but I've read horror stories about them online as well as seen cases of it on those medical documentaries. Yes, you can get pregnant after a tummy tuck without injury to yourself or your baby. However, the pregnancy will likely stretch the abdominal wall muscles and overlying skin and thus potentially reverse some of the work done by the tummy tuck in the first place. It is therefore recommended in most cases to wait a while after having a baby before getting a tummy tuck.
