I don't know anyone who has gotten a tummy tuck done but I've read horror stories about them online as well as seen cases of it on those medical documentaries. Here is one story I found online: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2221754/Tummy-tuck-nearly-killed-unborn-baby.html After researching this issue, I found both pros and cons of tummy tucks. Yes, you can get pregnant after a tummy tuck without injury to yourself or your baby. However, the pregnancy will likely stretch the abdominal wall muscles and overlying skin and thus potentially reverse some of the work done by the tummy tuck in the first place. It is therefore recommended in most cases to wait a while after having a baby before getting a tummy tuck.
I normally do tummy time for baby after their bath where they feel more alert and happy. For young babies, about 5-10mins will be sufficient. Avoid placing them on tummy time after a full milk feed as will cause vomiting. You can purchase this tummytime pillow for your LO http://www.amazon.com/Boppy-Pillow-Honeybee-Discontinued-Manufacturer/dp/B00AIVN8EQ Alternatively you can just use a rolled towel and place under baby's arm for him to feel more comfortable, as shown in the picture.
