Upset tummy

Has anyone face this before , I’m 7 weeks preg was super hungry had my normal lunch and felt super full after that , but tummy feels uncomfortable after that lunch , vomited also but tummy still upset. Now feels like hungry but just had lunch though😫 and don’t feel like eating again
