Chicken pox? Eczema? Heat rash?

Hi, has anyone ever encountered this? His head has these rashes-scalp-blisters-pus and his body has red dots. It starts with a little red dot then worsened. The doctor keeps saying either hormones/heat rashes and will go off soon. But it seems to be worse. Any tips to handle this? I tried QV moisturizer, milk bath etc #advicepls #pleasehelp #firstbaby #firsttimemom

If it’s heat rash, you shouldnt be putting moisturizer on it. Instead, just keep the skin dry. Did doctor give you any cream or ask you to apply moisturizer?
