Sakit tu memang real, don't worry you're not alone! I punya few mum friends yang kena iron injection jugak during pregnancy and memang semua menjerit like tak pernah kena suntik before haha. The needle is quite thick and the sensation of the medication masuk tu memang pedih, tapi you're right, once it's in and you relax, it goes away pretty quickly. Good thing your pain hilang fast after, that's normal and means your body is coping well with it!
