Sakit kat area perineum (bawah) tu normal je at 38 weeks, dear, biasanya sebab baby dah turun dan pressure kat area tu bertambah, especially bila jalan or gerak. But kalau you worried about the timing or nak bersalin awal, kena la check dengan doctor/midwife you, sebab ada reasons kenapa they might want to wait atau induce, dan they boleh assess your situation properly. A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing and their babies came on their own within a week or two pa, so don't stress too much, your body knows what to do! Just rest when you can, avoid heavy lifting, and keep your doctor updated on how you're feeling, ye?
