Ahhh, ini normal lah actually! A few of us yang baru habis pantang pun ada yang mengalami ni, sometimes the lochia (nifas) can trickle back out especially kalau ada activity atau lepas exercise, even just bangun dari tidur lama-lama. Masa tu dah thought habis but actually ada lagi sikit je bleeding yang tertahan. Kalau darah tu bright red dan banyak sangat atau dengan clots yang besar-besar, or bau yang weird, then better check with your doctor la, but if it's just a bit like period flow then most likely okay je, just your body clearing the last bits. Ubat perancang boleh juga affect spotting tapi usually pada bulan-bulan kemudian. Just monitor je for the next few days, and if anything feels off or too heavy, reach out to your gynae for peace of mind!
