Darah Nifas

Alah jangan worry sangat, memang boleh jadi macam tu! A few of my mum friends also experienced patchy flow during confinement, some days heavy, some days langsung takda. Tapi since it's only day 7, maybe just monitor la for now, if it suddenly comes back heavy or you feel any cramping, fever, atau baunya jadi strange (fruity or off smell), that's when you should message your gynae or clinic okay? Rest more, minum plenty of warm water, dan if it continues to worry you, a quick check-in dengan doctor won't hurt, tapi normally memang bolehlah normal period.
