Mama, I know this is stressful, honestly, a few of us in our mum circle have been through subchorionic hemorrhage scares too, and it's so normal to feel anxious. But please follow your OB's bedrest advice talaga, and ask him/her directly kung ano ang timeline and what specific things you should or shouldn't do, every case is a bit different, and only your doctor can guide you properly on yours. Strength lang, mama, most cases resolve with time and rest. Kami nandito if you need to vent!
