I don't have personal experience with halal confinement food specifically, but have you checked with your gynae or midwife if they have recommendations, since many hospitals and maternity centres work with caterers who do halal meals? Alternatively, some mums in the community might be able to point you towards halal confinement centres or home-based caterers who specialise in this, maybe worth posting in a halal parenting group too since the demand is definitely there.
