Haii, I haven't personally used IUCD tapi a few of my mum friends swear by it, they say convenience-wise memang the best, no need to remember to take pills everyday. Dari yang I dengar, side effects vary je, some of them okay lang, some had spotting or cramping initially but settle down after a few months. Best la you talk to your gynae about which type suits your body and lifestyle, because everyone's experience is different!
