Period lepas bersalin

Eh normal je lah, especially if you're breastfeeding! A few of my mum friends, some came back 3 bulan like your first, some took almost a year, semua depend on whether you're exclusively bf or mixed feeding. Since you're at 7 months now, yours might come anytime soon or even later if you're still nursing heavily, jadi don't worry lah. But if you're really concerned or it's been way longer than expected, best check with your doctor just to be on the safe side, they can give you peace of mind!
