Hai, any tips ibu2 yg kene buat bsp? Saya baru first time kene ..ari ni first day buat .. Apa yg korang makn bagi nk kontrol gula dlm darah tu ye?

- Ada jadual makan yang tetap. Macam saya 6x sehari makan. 3x main meal. 3x snacking. - Diet LCNS (Low Carbs No Sugar). Boleh Google pinggan sihat Malaysia untuk info. - No junkfood/fastfood/processed food. Was GDM on diet. Alhamdulillah lepas bersalin, paras gula kembali normal.
