Hai sayang, brown spotting dalam early pregnancy memang boleh normal, especially kalau kantung baru kelihatan je, a few of my mum friends went through the same thing around 5-6 weeks and turned out okay. But sebab scan belum nampak fetus lagi (baru kantung), better you follow doctor's advice and go back on 10th March like they said, so they can confirm everything is progressing well. Jangan stress sangat dulu, just rest, avoid heavy lifting, and monitor if the spotting gets heavier or ada cramping yang teruk, then go back to hospital sooner.
