Sabar ye, I know it's scary tengok reading macam tu. So far dari apa I dengar, some babies memang boleh catch up dalam few weeks especially if it's just a measurement thing, tapi some cases kena monitor closely because it bisa be IUGR yang proper (baby growth slower than expected in utero). The repeat scan in 2 weeks akan jadi crucial, kalau ada growth trajectory yang bagus between now and 30w, that's a good sign. Few mums I know yang experience similar situation, they say the specialist referral actually quite reassuring because they boleh do more detailed checks and figure out if ada underlying cause ke or just constitution je (some babies memang naturally smaller). Most catch-up growth happens after birth anyway, especially dalam first 2-3 years, tapi obviously better if baby growing steady in the womb still. Definitely go dengan specialist appointment and don't skip the repeat scan, they'll track the progress and tell you exactly what to expect going into labour. Your doctor will guide you on whether ada anything you perlu adjust diet-wise or rest-wise. Take care of yourself and try not to stress too much, because most babies born smaller still do really well!
