Aww sayang, lower abdominal pain in pregnancy kena check dengan doctor tau, especially kalau sakit sampai x tahan! Please call your clinic or go to emergency jangan delay, better safe than sorry. Banyak reasons boleh cause this, tapi doctor je yang boleh examine dan make sure baby okay. Jangan worry dulu, a few of my mum friends had similar cramping but turned out fine, tapi they all went to see doctor immediately, sebab itu je yang proper way. Hang in there and get it checked soon ya!
