Baby boleh meniarap bila

Alaaa, biasanya baby boleh start meniarap around 3-4 months, tapi jangan rush lah, semua baby berbeza je pace dia! A few of my mum friends, their babies baru meniarap properly around 5-6 months, and yang lain dah flip-flop at 3 months, so it's all normal lah. The main thing is just make sure tummy time routine you consistent, so dia kuat muscles dia, that's how babies develop the strength to flip themselves over. As long as your paed says baby's progressing fine, just enjoy watching this milestone lah, it's so cute when they finally manage it!
