Yang penting is the tightening (Braxton Hicks) you're feeling, tu sign your body is warming up, not actual labour contraction lagi (labour ones akan consistent, painful, and closer together). Pinggang ngilu pun mmg common dekat stage ni, but since this is your first baby, better check with your doctor or midwife to make sure everything is progressing okay and baby is in good position, baru you can relax knowing semua fine!
