Eh first time pumping lah, memang bingit! Honestly, depends la on your situation, kalau kerja office boleh consider electric pump (easier untuk multitask), tapi kalau at home or part-time, manual pump pun okaylah and cheaper. A few of my mum friends swear by Spectra (reliable, not too loud kalau office) or Medela (widely available kat Malaysia, parts mudah nak cari), but some of us pon OK je dengan cheaper brands from Lazada or Shopee as long as suction kuat. Best thing is try borrow from a friend first or check the return policy, sebab suction preference tu very personal, what works for me might tak comfortable untuk you, so don't stress if kena try a few!
