Ibu mengandung have to always eat... Bukan mkn nasi sentiasa.. kena mkn biskut2 buah ka.. anything asal munching utk elak heartburn.. Klu sya sya sllu chew gum klu kena heartburn tgh2 mlm sbb tak rajin nak kluar pg dapur mkn biskut..🤣🤭 Klu kena time ptg2 tu sya mkn biskut atau roti & susu.. Its not dangerous to your baby but it makes you uncomfortable a little..
