pill hve to take everyday without miss usually take effect dkat jangka masa period..mksudnya maybe dri 10 hri jd 7hri cmtu.. injection 3 bulan skali will take effect on period cycle..mungkin jd x regular..otherwise,period kita dtg dlm kuatiti y sikit..
