Probably u need to drink more water and avoid food like cereal, multigrain and granola. They absorb water from your body so will make you dehydrated then sembelit. Masa i minggu ke 7 - 10, i can only eat cereal for breakfast with milk but sembelit teruk. So i stopped cereal and start eating roti biasa and other food, and drink plenty of plain water. Can try yogurt too. It helps.

dah berapa week? ibu pregnant memang biasa sembelit. lagi lagi kalau ambil ubat (zincofer, obimin etc) yang klinik bekalkan. kena banyakkan minum air and makan buah (oren, pisang etc). takpun, puan boleh tanya doktor untuk ambil ubat cairkan najis (lactul). and please jangan teran sebab boleh jadi buasir

dah masuk 12 weeks ..ye sa akan bykkan mnum air skg,and mkn buah..iye kadang tu sa tngu lama kat tndas..kdng sa teran..tkut jg sa kna buasir sbnarnya
