Sayang, please call your doctor or go to the hospital sekarang juga to get checked out, this is something they need to see in person, especially at 30 weeks. Better safe than sorry, okay? Cramping with frequent contractions mixed with loose bowels needs proper assessment from your gynae, not guessing online. Jangan delay!
