Suggest waiting for 8 weeks, then scan again, it's too early and maybe late implantation. By 8 weeks fetal pole will appear. At least that's what happened to me also, 5 weeks saw a gestational sac, 6 weeks saw Yolk Sac, then was told to wait 2 weeks later, so 8 weeks then Scan again saw the heart beat flickering... 💓
