One of my mum friends had her tubes tied din sa last CS niya and sabi niya it was a whole different level ng pain compared sa first two, something about the additional procedure making recovery heavier. Definitely bring this up sa OB mo because sometimes the pain management needs to be adjusted, especially pag may tumatak combination like CS + ligate, and they might need to tweak your meds or check kung normal healing lang or may concern.
