Any good gynae to recommend? Am staying at woodlands and this is my first birth at age 39.

Dr Lawrence Ang from Thomson Women’s Clinic Sembawang. He’s a very experienced doctor & in any case of emergency, you will definitely be able to contact him even if it’s in wee hour. So far he is also the most affordable private doctor i could find. But if you are looking for doctor with TLC, he’s definitely not. He is a very “straight to the point” kind of doctor.

Do you have any preferred hospital to deliver at? It would be better to state so other mommies can share. My gynae is Dr Pamela Tan from Thomson medical. She is really patient and explains clearly.

gynae at admiralty is good and package is quite affordable. doctor has 2 hosp that u can choose to give birth at. if in not wrong, mount e and thomson. but... its a male doc.

thank u all fr the advice. After visiting the gynae at Admiralty n discussing with my husband, we decided to switch gynae as we were more comfortable with a woman gynae.
