Low amniotic level in early pregnancy. Trimester 2

My gynae mentioned that my amniotic level is very low. I am at week 16 and he said that i can only do a detailed scan at week 20. If the scan is done too early the result wont be conclusive. Meanwhile, is there anything i can do to increase my amniotic fluid? I am so stressed up.
