Low amniotic level in early pregnancy. Trimester 2

My gynae mentioned that my amniotic level is very low. I am at week 16 and he said that i can only do a detailed scan at week 20. If the scan is done too early the result wont be conclusive. Meanwhile, is there anything i can do to increase my amniotic fluid? I am so stressed up.

Drink 2-3liter of water other than the other liquids u take. That was what was advised to me and it did increase

During week 20 sonographer told me abt low amniotic fluid after detailed scan, then i followed advise of drinking more water. But previously also gynae got say mine on lower side encourage me to drink more. After drinking more water, following checkups all these gynae mentioned that he see improvement in my ammiotic fluid levels on week 24&28.
