Food during first trim

Do you guys watch what you eat during the first trim or do you eat whatever you want? Had a miscarriage previously and I find myself being conscious of what i eat whether it is safe for the baby or not.

The only instructions my gynae gave was to avoid uncooked food. Other than that, everything is pretty much consumable, in moderation. :) I couldn’t take much during my first trimester cause I was puking everything out. 😅 But it got a lot better in my second trimester. Jiayou Mummy! ☺️
