Soups for pregnancy

Hi guys! I’m trying to get ideas for easy soups to make for pregnancy. I have been taking Chinese soups like ABC and lotus root but would love other options. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Sometimes when I’m lazy I just get the soup spoon soup pack to heat up and drink. Meatless minestrone or Tokyo chicken stew
