Amount of milk

Hey guys I’m confused! How do we count the total amount of milk that a baby takes daily? Some said initial water but some after adding milk powder, even NAN said so! I want to know because total daily intake could be up to 100ml different!

I pour water first then milk powder. So it will end up more than that.
