In 5w fetus not develop yet depending your period cycle, only yolk sac can be seen. U can wait 8w above to do ultrasound to see the fetus & fetal pole. So what u need to do is continue consume folic acid everyday..eat & drink healthy (if u don't hv morning sickness) and avoid do heavy work atm.

Even the doc said its too early so how is it possible you want to know at home? Just keep makan acid folic for now, and bedrest… make sure no spotting and all. And dont overthinking… Can repeat scan during 8w, most probably that time you can see the embryo alrdy and heartbeat ❤️
