Hi guys, can i ask have yall heard about this equipment or tool called epi-no? Its smth to pump the vagina and stretch. Doc say its birth training device. Err it sounds abit scary tryna stretch below slowly from 3cm to 10cm

Is your gynae Ben Tham? He seems to push for it a lot. It's expensive and yes has its risk. Problem is many moms who I know ask him how to use after buying and he tell them to watch Youtube, which I feel is very irresponsible. If you do buy, please ensure your gynae teach you the right way to use it.
