Antenatal Class

Congrats on your August baby! I'd suggest checking out classes at your hospital first, most private hospitals in KL offer really good ones, and a few of my mum friends took theirs at Pantai or Subang Jaya, which were super informative about labour, baby care, and feeding. But honestly, YouTube channels like BabyCenter and What to Expect also helped me a lot lah, especially for the first-time jitters, and it's free! The hospital classes are worth it though because you get to ask questions directly and meet other mums going through the same thing, that support network is gold when baby comes.
