Gud eve mga mommies! Cno po ang gumagamit ng calendar method? Effective po ba ito? At paano?

I used My calendar app po sya mommy. Input nyo lang po first day ng menstruation nyo then input nyo pag last day na. Nagsasabi sya ng dates kung kelan ang ovulation mo at may fertility window. Nag sasabi din sya if high or low ang chance ng pregnancy mo. Basta input ka lang ng data, date na maynangyari sa inyu ng hubby mo kung gumamit ba bg protection or withdrawal lang. Nag predict din sya ng next menstruation mo. So far for me effective sya alam ko talaga na buntis ako sakto sa date ng last menstruation ko at date na may nangyari samen ng bf ko. 😊

We tried calendar method since 2011 but last summer advanced na palagi mens ko ng1 week on that time nasa 39 years old na ako ayon I discussed it to my Dr ang explain nya akala ko safe pa yun pala fertile ako ok sia kung regular ang mens effective but kung irregular na naku nabuntis agad ito 34 weeks preggy na in my 40 years but we consider our baby as a blessing from God para sa pagtanda namin may 3 angels kami na mag aalaga sa amin😍😍😍

ngtry ako kami ng calendar method using a period tracker app, so na count ko po yong length ng period at fertile days. my lmp was aug. 1 i went to manila aug. 14 - 20(fertile days according to the app) and have an unprotected sex with hubby. and now i'm 5 mos preggy n po. if trying to avoid pregnancy, ma te- trace mo talaga when is your safe dates

ME. Yes super effective as long as u monitor your monthly period. Btw, u can download an app "Cherry" u may able to record ur monthly period and for addition u may also know when is your fertile days and ovaluation days. hope it helps you 😀

yes for me. nagcacalendar method ako, nung gusto na nmin sundan ang panganay namin i told him my fertility days. and now i am 36weeks preggo.😍 pero nasa sayo pa din un momsh.☺

Well it works at first.. 5years na kong nag cacalendar method but last october sumablay..hehehe nabuo si baby after 2days kong magkaron.. so it means kung ibibigay sayo ni God ibibigay.

effective lang po kung regular ang menstruation mo, try using apps that track your menstruation po naka-indicate naman po dun yung ovulation niyo

Calendar method din gamit ko pero malabo din kasi minsan ikaw mismo hindi accurate ang bilang. Dapat may alternative pa para sure na safe.

u can go sa center nio mommy dey can discuss it to u anf dey can give u ung parang necklace n pang calendar method..

Calendar method po since 6 yrs.. wala akong balak magka baby pero nakalusot ei ngayon I'm 14weeks pregnant...
