Basta nameet Niya criteria ng LAM pwedeng Hindi mabuntis until 6months n pure bf. Pero better mag PT n siya para sure.. Hindi kc para sa lahat LAM as contraceptive.

If purely breastfeed safe until six months if hindi pa nagkaroon. Beyong six months hindi na safe as per my OB.
Hindi porket BF hindi mabubuntis. Gumamit ng contraceptive para hindi mabuntis
