Hi, greetings from me at 38 weeks+++ mummies may I know what is the difference of real contractions vs braxton hicks contractions? Is it only feels during at night?
Braxton Hicks are a lot less painful (but still uncomfortable), and are irregular. Real contractions should also get more and more frequent, with increasing intensity and duration of each contraction
