For a simple day/night routine, a lot of mums I know have been happy with gentle basics, something like Simple or Cetaphil for cleansing, CeraVe moisturiser, and a fragrance-free mineral sunscreen to keep things low-risk. For actives, azelaic acid and vitamin C are generally considered safe and are useful if you're dealing with the hormonal pigmentation that tends to creep up mid-pregnancy, though some mums prefer to skip actives entirely just to be cautious, both approaches are reasonable. For local options, Sigi Skin and Handmade Heroes come up quite a bit as pregnancy-friendly brands, since Handmade Heroes in particular is vegan and free from added preservatives, which gives some mums peace of mind. My friend who delivered last year said she just stuck to the basics throughout, cleanser, moisturiser, SPF in the day, and a thicker CeraVe cream at night, and found that keeping it simple actually worked better for her changing skin anyway. The trade-off is you might not be targeting specific concerns aggressively, but for most of pregnancy that steadier approach tends to cause fewer surprises.
