Glucose test

Just gotten back my glucose tolerance test result which demonstrated that i have impaired glucose tolerance. 2 hours post glucose level is 8mmol/l which normal range is 7mmol/l. Is it consider mild over? Anything i should be worried about?

Avoid sugary foods Take high fiber veggies & fruits instead of sweets & rice
