Pls help identify this

Got this as freebie, but my husband and I totally cannot figure out what this is. It came in a plastic bag, no label, no photo, no instructions. Is it a stroller infant insert? Nursing pillow? Pillow to hold baby in place? Pls help identify it and let us know how it should be used. Thanks! #1stimemom

Oh I see! Haha! I alr have the huge U-shape maternity pillow plus I'm alr one month away from delivery so I guess this won't be of much use during pregnancy. Mm..how do you use this to support your back while feeding though..?
