Please follow up with your doctor soon, they need to see you again, maybe in 1-2 weeks, to confirm what's happening because at 8w6d we'd normally see a heartbeat, and the doc will want to check if there's any growth or changes. A few of my mum friends have gone through this, and honestly it's such an uncertain feeling while waiting, but the rescans are really important to know what's actually going on. Don't google too much in the meantime, it'll just stress you out more. Just stay close with your doctor and take it one scan at a time, okay? Sending you strength.
